What is Ausfilm?
Australia's Federal content attraction organisation, Ausfilm is a Government-industry partnership comprising all of Australia's State and Territory Screen Agencies, some 40 private sector screen production service companies and Australia's Federal Government through the Department of Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts (DEWHA). Ausfilm markets Australia's incentives, locations and capabilities in production and Post/Digital/VFX (PDV) to attract international content to produce and/or conduct PDV in Australia. Ausfilm is also active in policy formulation, development and communication with Australia's Federal Government on issues concerning international production in Australia.
