HARROW SERIES 2 TO COMMENCE FILMING IN QUEENSLAND

Acclaimed television drama Harrow is set to return to Australian TV screens in 2019, with Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk recently announcing the Queensland Government’s support of the international series and the show’s Queensland producer, Hoodlum Entertainment.

While visiting Los Angeles as part of her US trade mission in early June, the Premier met with Hoodlum founder and chief executive Tracey Robertson, congratulating the Emmy and BAFTA-winning production company on the success of the show’s critically-lauded first season.

Hoodlum Entertainment has earned its place in the international screen community as producers of ground-breaking and high-quality film and television content.

Season one of their critically acclaimed crime drama series Harrow, was supported by Screen Queensland, and in partnership with Disney-owned ABC Studios International and broadcaster ABC Australia.

Harrow is from the same creative team as Tidelands with producers Tracey Robertson and Nathan Mayfield and co-creators Stephen M. Irwin and Leigh McGrath. The series stars the LA-based Welsh actor Ioan Gruffudd as Dr Daniel Harrow.
