Screen Canberra

Screen Canberra represents the Australian Capital Territory, home to Canberra, the nation’s capital.
Ausfilm Member since 2021

Well-known sights such as Australian Parliament House, National Gallery and other iconic national institutions are only a small part of what Canberra has to offer filmmakers.

Rolling hills and sheep paddocks are within 15 minutes from a modern, privately-owned airport and small city centre which can sub for many international towns.  The cityscape offers many architectural styles such as contemporary, heritage and brutalist, and surrounded by pine forests, national parks, and lakes.  As the locals say when asked how long to get there? “Around 20 minutes“.  We’re known best for our ease of access.
